Cancellation policy
The cancellation of an event must be sent in writing by email/fax/letter to the event organiser.
a.) For cancellations up to 90 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 20%, but no more than €35, will be charged.
b.) For cancellations up to 30 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 30%, but no more than €70, will be charged.
c.) For cancellations up to 15 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the event fee will be charged.
d.) For cancellations less than 15 days before the event, no refund of the event fee can be given.
Cancellation fees will also be charged if the event has not yet been paid for.
The participant cancelling their booking may name a replacement rider, who must then submit a binding registration. In this case, the cancellation is free of charge for the participant cancelling their booking, even within the periods specified above.
Nomination of a substitute rider
A substitute rider may be named up to 24 hours before the start of the event.
The name of the substitute rider must be submitted in writing by email to info@racetrck.de
It is important to provide the following information: Surname and first name, address, date of birth and email address.
Any insurance benefits cannot be transferred to the substitute rider.
