The DMV Pitbike Championship – powered by Racetrck – is a new national racing series that starts in the 2026 season. It is aimed at everyone who wants to experience real motorsport in a compact format – from ambitious beginners to experienced racers.
Despite its grassroots orientation, the championship places the greatest emphasis on professionalism, structure and high-quality implementation. The goal is to offer all participants an environment that is clearly oriented towards established racing series – both organizationally and sportingly.
The championship is deliberately held at grassroots level and enables an easy entry into motorsport. A racing license is not required, which makes participation particularly low-threshold. At the same time, the series explicitly sees itself not as a pure leisure or event event, but as a serious motorsport platform with clear processes, reliable organization and high quality standards – from timekeeping and the schedule to the running of the races.
In this way, the series deliberately sets itself apart from classic hobby formats and offers riders the opportunity to experience motorsport under structured and professional conditions without losing the accessibility of grassroots sport.
The season includes several events at selected tracks, including:
- Kartarena Cheb on 06.06. – 07.06.2026
- Vogelsbergring on 18.07. – 19.07.2026
- Motorsportarena Mülsen on 12.09. – 13.09.2026
The championship is held as part of the Pitbike Outdoor Trainings by Racetrck. Prerequisite for participation in the championship is participation in the respective weekend events, as the scoring rounds only take place within the framework of these events.
These varied courses provide different challenges and guarantee exciting races throughout the entire championship.
The series is aimed at both ambitious beginners and experienced racers. Clear structures, fair competition conditions and a well-thought-out set of rules ensure equal opportunities and thrilling races throughout the season.

Eligibility
Participants who are at least 8 years old (cut-off date rule) and at most 75 years old (year-of-birth rule) are eligible, and who:
- have duly entered,
- have paid the participation fee,
- meet the safety requirements,
- use a vehicle that complies with the regulations.
Exceptions are possible in justified cases. The decision is made by the organization management.
Prerequisite for participation in the DMV Pitbike Championship powered by Racetrck.de is a valid DMV/MSJ membership or DMV day accident insurance. By submitting the entry, participants who do not hold a DMV/MSJ membership automatically take out DMV day accident insurance and acknowledge the waiver of liability and the applicable insurance conditions. The insurance cover applies for the entire duration of the event including training, qualifications and races.
Entry & start fee
Entry fee for the DMV Championship is: €99
The entry fee includes:
- the DMV day accident insurance
- start fees for the rounds in Cheb, at the Vogelsbergring and in Mülsen
- 1 Pitbike Championship T-shirt
Not included in the entry fee are:
- the participation fees of the respective event
- a separate registration is required
In addition, riders of the Pitbike Championship receive discounts on tires, pitbike parts and accessories at www.racetrck-performance.de.
An entry after the closing date is possible after consultation at additional cost!
Championship standings
The rider who has scored the most points at the events of the DMV Pitbike Championship powered by Racetrck.de is the
“DMV Pitbike powered by Racetrck.de Champion 2026 – Rookies class”
“DMV Pitbike powered by Racetrck.de Champion 2026 – Stock class”
“DMV Pitbike powered by Racetrck.de Champion 2026 – Open class”
and will be honored together with the second and third placed riders at the DMV/MSJ champions' ceremony at the end of the year. The riders in the championship standings must be DMV/MSJ members, otherwise e.g. the fourth-placed rider (or the next best DMV/MSJ rider) moves up for the ceremony.
Promotion & goals
To promote pitbike sport in Germany, the DMV – Deutscher Motorsport Verband e.V. in cooperation with Racetrck.de will announce the DMV Pitbike Championship powered by Racetrck.de for children, young people and adults from 2026. For further promotion and in the spirit of sport, participants of the DMV Pitbike Championship powered by Racetrck.de receive special conditions on pitbike parts at www.racetrck-performance.de.
